HEINEKEN España joins SEUR

The brewery has entrusted SEUR with the development of its 365° e-commerce logistics solutions for its new online sales channel.

Madrid, 17 November 2014.- SEUR and HEINEKEN España have signed an agreement that will make the leading express courier company the exclusive provider of HEINEKEN España for the development of its e-logistics, ensuring the deliveries of its online orders throughout the Iberian Peninsula.

SEUR will provide its extensive experience in delivering to private customers – it makes more than 13 million domestic deliveries a year- through its 365º e-commerce solutions. This means Heineken's consumers will have SEUR Predict available to them, making it possible to change the delivery date (up to three days afterwards) and inform the recipient of the one-hour time window in which they are going to receive their order; the possibility of delivering to shops, which is an efficient alternative that enables the collection of online orders in the more than 1,000 points that SEUR has in Spain and which guarantee full geographical coverage; and, of course, a 24H/7D customer service through seur.com.

In turn, HEINEKEN España will have a comprehensive logistics management system which covers the storage and management of stock through to a customer after-sales service for the online marketing of six new product references of the company. HEINEKEN España has promoted e-commerce to provide the consumer the experience of purchasing its beers and innovations, including the innovative THE SUB, the new HEINEKEN device designed by Marc Newson, to provide a perfect draught beer experience at home; THE SUB accessories, beer refills (TORPS); other company products and some merchandising articles of its brands.

The SEUR Chairman, Yves Delmas, stated: “This partnership with HEINEKEN España is very important to SEUR because we are now the visible face to their online customers.
